Please see the email below that I just received from Rev. Dr. Ezekiel when I posed the idea of us starting a Grace Missionary Chapel- GMC- International Church in Canada- in conjunction/ affiliation with PACM Int'l- where the Mother Church would be GMC Int'l Nigeria. This is starting in 2008- God Willing- though we will begin this summer/2007 with likely plans for Worship and Bible Study cell groups to start with. I have just been Commissioned as the Presiding Pastor and Bishop for GMC International, Canada effective this day. The Consecration Ceremony will be conducted at the same time as the Convocation in nov. 2007 in Calabar, Nigeria- God Willing. We need your prayers and appreciate your input. this is a very exciting move of God! Here is Rev. Dr. Ezekiel:

Dear Rev. Rebecca,
I want to thank God for the way He is moving in your life. We have been praying in our church throughout last year and this year about having the open door for starting the branches of GMC internationally.

When I read your mail I was overwhelmed by the way God is giving PACM and GBIS/GMC the needed connections.

Why I did not reply immediately was not because I was thinking, but I had waited for the Pastoral team of our church to meet and give God praise for answering our prayers.

Certainly, it is easier to run projects if one can have something going in the USA and in Canada. We had all of these ideas, but I now see that the Lord was keeping us waiting for the right connection. For the past 12 years I have personally been praying for partner or partners with same vision and spiritual persuasion to help in moving the kingdom forward.

I want to announce to you that the church Pastoral team in unity agrees to the project of beginning the GMC in Canada and making you the Presiding Pastor - Bishop of Canada.

In the attached letter, I have mandated and commissioned you to go ahead and start the GMC church there.

I will like to share with you some of our operative principles and also explain some of what we believe. We mail our constitution to you later. Also attached is our statement of faith and some leadership papers that explains our leadership philosophy.

1. We believe in the Baptism with Holy Spirit. We also believe that there is an initial evidence of the Baptism with the Holy Spirit which speaking in tongues. We also know that some may not speak again after that except as a prayer language. Others may have the gift of tongues and interpretation. We believe and teache divine healing but we also aprove that people can take medical treatment. We believe in offerring, tithes and in vows.

2. We believe in the five fold ascension gifts of Ephesians 5. We also believe that God is restoring the Apostolic office today to prepare the church for a home going. I am a Prophet/Teacher and I am operating in the Apostolic Ministry. This is proven by the definite alround ministry the Lord has given to us and the explosion taking place anywhere we go to. All the men I train and mentor are receivng the same grace and are exploding in Ministry.

3. We believe in servant leadership and we let God work in our lives to produce - Dedication to Service, Dynamism in Ministry and Purity of heart. Our church GMC is a holiness church operating under the anointing and the Power of the Holy Spirit confirming the word of God through signs and miracles. A lot of healing and deliverance takes place in our ministry on a daily basis.

4. We have communion service every month on the first sunday of each month. We have topics we treat monthly before the communion. It is always conducted in the evening from 3pm - 6pm. We will send you the topic so you can prepare and teach. We do this so that there will be uniformity and simplicity. This will enable each branch cover basic teachings and provide ballance diet to the sheep annually.

5. We operate in a very simple form like the early church. Praise, worship, Offering/Tithes, Testimonies/Announcements, Choir and the Message.

6. We will send a Pastor to you from Nigeria who will work with you because I am seeing your ministry becoming the Evangelist/Missionary type of ministry moving from place to place and establishing the church with Canada and wherever else the Lord wants you to go. This is the reason the Lord was preparing and is still doing it today. We will plan to do that either as you are going back in December or early 2008.

Sister Rebecca, I release the grace that is upon my ministry upon you today and commission you to function in the Apostolic Ministry. I release upon your life an unction that comes from the Holy One. From today your level of anointing has changed. You are taking up a high office as the Bishop of GMC in Canada.

May the Lord pour upon you favour such that will overtake you in all you do and everywhere you go to. The Holy Spirit shall confirm God's Word in your mouth by bringng salvation, healing and deliverance to those who hear you.

On timing I think you can start immediately. I can see you doing it full time and not regret it at all.

The same Grace the Lord to our pastors in other places shall be your portion in Jesus name. Amen.

We shall do consecration of Bishops in November, one is going to Lagos and the other is going to Port Harcourt, so it will be a good time to also consecrate you as the Bishop of Canada. It shall be a very wonderful and solemn ceremony. You can come with your simple clergy wear for the occasion.

Remain blessed.
